Returns & Exchanges

In simple terms our Returns Policy is as follows:

If you want to exchange your new Supps shoes, you'll need to email us and return them by post within 30 days of receiving them.

The shoes need to be in their original packaging and condition so be sure to read our advice "When trying on your new Supps" below.

Return postage fees are paid by you if you change your mind.

Size exchanges are rare when the Supps Size Chart is used because we've already allowed for growth - there's no need to "go up a size for growth" because we've taken care of that for you and you'll usually get two seasons wear from your Supps.

When we receive your returned shoes, we'll email you an exchange voucher (in-store credit) so you can make your choice on our website.

With our focus on quality, all Supps shoes are manually checked before they are posted to you.  If, however, you are concerned about the condition of your new shoes, please return them for inspection.

E-Gift cards are not refundable.

When trying on your new Supps:

To remain eligible for an exchange voucher, it's important that you:

  • Walk around indoors only;  and
  • Keep the original box, its packing, and your packing slip as they'll be needed to return your Supps shoes.

Within 14 days of receiving your Supps, you'll need to:

Post them, in complete original packaging, with tracking to:  Supps Footwear, PO Box 4181, LUGARNO NSW 2210.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind

If you want an exchange, Supps Footwear will offer you an exchange voucher (in-store credit) when the following conditions are met.  

(Note:  Exchanges for sizing are very rare when you use the Supps Size Chart because we've already allowed for growth.  You don't need to "go up a size to allow for growth" - we've done it all for you!  Simply choose the size according to the longest toe as explained on the chart and your Supps will generally last two seasons.)

To be eligible for an exchange voucher:

  • You need to email us and return the shoes to us by post within fourteen (14) days of receiving them.
  • Your returned Supps shoes must be in resaleable condition, meaning that they are in the original packaging, including packing; and that they are unworn, unused and in original condition.

    To remain eligible for an exchange voucher, it is important to use the following advice when trying on your new Supps shoes:

    • Try on your new Supps and walk around indoors only.
    • Keep the original box, its packing and your packing slip/s as they'll be needed if you're returning product/s. 

    If these requirements are not satisfied we reserve the right not to exchange for change of mind returns.

    There are no cash refunds for change of mind returns.

    For change of mind return or exchange, the delivery fee or cost of postage is non-refundable.  

    * You should consider using a trackable postage as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Faulty goods (if applicable) 

    With our focus on quality, all Supps shoes are manually checked before posting to you. If you have a fault on a new pair of Supps shoes, please return the shoes for inspection. We will determine your eligibility for a refund or exchange voucher (in-store credit). Please contact us for further instruction on returning faulty products at customercare@suppsfootwear.com.au

    If the product is determined as faulty, Supps Footwear:

    - will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund or repair, and/or

    - may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.

    Supps Footwear reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.  

    Supps Footwear reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

    Refund:  If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email to confirm a successful return. If you haven’t received a refund within two billing cycles, please contact us at customercare@suppsfootwear.com.au

    E-Gift cards are non-refundable.
